The service

Ovam AI lets you build, host, and manage websites using AI. Some features are free; others require payment or building credits.

Your account & content

• You're responsible for the content you create, import, publish, or host, and for keeping your login secure.
• You must not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.
• You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us the permissions needed to host and serve it for you.

Payments & credits

• Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by Razorpay.
• Building credits are consumed by AI actions and are non-transferable.
• Plan prices are flat — the price you join at is the price that renews.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but provide it "as is," without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
